Lollapalooza is one of the world's premier music festivals, held annually in Chicago's Grant Park. It features a diverse lineup of top artists across many genres—rock, hip-hop, pop, electronic, and more—along with art installations, local food vendors, and cultural experiences. The event typically spans four days and draws music lovers from around the globe.
The Lollapalooza schedule is typically organized by day, with multiple stages running performances simultaneously from early afternoon into the night. The detailed schedule, including headliner times, will be published on the Lollapalooza website closer to the festival dates. When available, the Lollapalooza schedule can be accessed on the schedule page of the Lolla website.

Lollapalooza 2026 has not yet been announced, but Lollapalooza 2025 took place between July 31st - August 3rd
Set times for Lollapalooza are usually released about one to two weeks before the festival. You can find the most up-to-date schedule on the official Lollapalooza website or mobile app, which is highly recommended for planning your day and navigating the festival.
The Lollapalooza Chicago lineup is typically released each year sometime between March and April. Keep an eye on the official Lollapalooza website Lineup page for the full list of performers and stage details.
The Sophy Hotel is just a few miles from Grant Park!
Lollapalooza is an all-ages event; children under 10 are free with a ticketed adult.
The Sophy does not offer dedicated shuttle service to Lollapalooza. However, our concierge is happy to help you arrange transportation options, including rideshare services or public transit routes, to and from Grant Park. The hotel is conveniently located near CTA transit lines that provide easy access to the festival grounds. Bike rentals are a popular choice, and there are free bike valets near the festival entrances of Grant Park!
Guests of the Sophy Hotel can check luggage at the front desk, or leave their belongings in their rooms. Alternatively, Lolla offers locker rentals to festival goers. Lockers are first come first serve. We recommend reserving yours in advance, which you can do here!
