We reward a well-researched itinerary. Should your inquiries reveal a better qualifying rate on a third-party website, submit a claim within 24 hours of booking at SOPHYHotel.com. If the rate meets our Best Rate Guarantee parameters, we will honor the lower rate, deduct an additional 10% for your diligence, and issue a $25 credit to Mesler.

To ensure a fair assessment, we compare solely the core room rate, provided both rates include the identical required taxes and fees. Because digital platforms display pricing structures differently, superficial differences based on formatting will not qualify. Ultimately, the guarantee is dedicated to the room rate itself, excluding supplementary taxes, service charges, gratuities, or incidental fees.
